Where is it?

Retaj Nursery is located in Al Riqa Suburb, Sharjah, UAE.

What were we hired to do?

Retaj Nursery hired Moon Kids to design, build and install an indoor play area for its youngest children. The centrepiece is a bright yellow twin-tower play structure with deep blue window panels, linked by an enclosed crawl tunnel bridge, with red-railed steps leading up and two smooth yellow slides bringing children back down. Around it we laid interlocking blue and yellow safety floor mats and fitted yellow padded wall protection around the perimeter, so every surface is soft to land on. The space is completed with a Pikler-style climbing triangle with a pebble climbing ramp and a rainbow arch rocker, giving toddlers safe ways to climb, balance and crawl. Everything was built to child-safe heights with rounded edges and hard-wearing finishes, creating a cheerful, secure space for active play every day.
