What were we hired to do?
Lead Logistics hired Moon Kids to design, build and install a complete indoor play area in a bright, glass-fronted space. The centrepiece is a multi-level red soft play frame with safety netting, internal climbing levels and a wide slide running down into a curved, padded ball pool. Alongside it we created a sunken soft play pit with lavender cushioned walls, foam steps and a rainbow tunnel, plus a free-play zone of soft shapes – a ring tunnel, ramps, a balance beam and steps – set on organically shaped green safety mats, with padded wall panels in red, teal, yellow and blue protecting the perimeter. A timber climbing bay adds a bouldering wall with colourful holds, a rope ladder, climbing ropes, gym rings and wall bars over thick orange crash mats. For role play we built a twin Café and Market stall with striped awnings, service counters and a wooden play kitchen with an oven, hob and sink. The space is completed with round activity tables and bunny-ear chairs, L-shaped bench seating with cushioned tops and cubby storage below, a house-shaped wall feature above tray storage, a cloud-shaped whiteboard and full-height timber shelving, all built to child-safe heights with rounded edges and hard-wearing finishes.
