Where is it ?

Maudsley Clinic is located at 12 Al Mahhar Street, Al Bateen, W18 03, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What were we hired to do ?

Maudsley Clinic hired Moon Kids to design and install a child-friendly clinic environment, which includes a spacious waiting lounge with bespoke curved upholstered banquette seating, wall-mounted screens, potted greenery and a dedicated children’s corner with wooden kids’ tables, chairs and soft drum stools. Across the therapy suite we fitted a full sensory-integration and occupational-therapy room with suspended platform swings, crash mats, climbing pegboard walls, therapy balls, ramps and padded benches. We added a range of interactive sensory and educational wall panels featuring gears, beads, moving shapes and English and Arabic letter boards, along with house-shaped book display units and custom timber storage. The scheme also includes sensory bubble tubes, wooden activity tables and colour-coded seating, creating a calm, welcoming and therapeutic space tailored to children’s needs.
