Located in Oud Metha, Dubai, DESS is the oldest British School in the UAE. Established in 1963 the school aims to create well-rounded, creative thinking, problem solving school leavers. To help achieve their goals, DESS hired Moon Kids to fit out their classrooms with some inspiring furnishings.
Custom-built storage fixtures, such as the bright and cheerful Checkerboard Cupboard, the multi-tiered Book Shelving Unit and the Corner Shelving Storage Unit (with open and closed cubbies) keep the classrooms spic and span.
In the classrooms we created a variety of purpose-built Work Tables and Chairs, Corner Tables, Sofas and the very popular large Play Table with inbuilt storage for the perfect learning environment.
As part of an overall school classroom upgrade – over the past 2 years DESS has used Moon Kids to refresh all classroom furniture, across the
entire school. The recent order for our Arabic Department will complete this rollout.
We have found dealing with Moon Kids to be extremely simple, their prices competitive, their products of excellent quality, and their orders completed in a timely fashion.
