Most first-time owners lose months and thousands of dirhams to problems nobody warned them about. We've seen them all since 2013 — and we flag them before you sign, not after.

The neighbour NOC

You often need a no-objection certificate from neighbours to run a nursery there. Clients have paid rent, then been told no — and lost the space.

Residential vs commercial

A villa without a commercial license must be converted — a process that drags on for months, and sometimes the landlord doubles the rent once it's done.

Natural sunlight rule

KHDA and ADEK require every classroom to have natural sunlight. Many commercial units don't — and it's very hard to fix after the fact.

Fire escapes & access

Fire escapes need clear, direct corridor access — you can't just place one anywhere. Plus wheelchair ramps and enough parking, inside or out.

Undersized A/C

Most companies want to gut everything and sell you new — that's how they make money. We have a factory, so we can refresh and upgrade what you already own. On every project, if something's good, we keep it. We've never had a nursery fail to open, and when we make a mistake, we put it right.

Refresh furniture

Sand, re-varnish or respray timber furniture instead of replacing it — looking new for a fraction of the cost.

Upgrade play equipment

Keep good posts and platforms, then add slides, swings, monkey bars and challenge to make it bigger and more fun.

No. We design and build the physical facility — every space, the furniture, the play equipment and the approvals. We don't deliver the curriculum or work with education authorities like KHDA, ADEK or SPEA, but we can introduce trusted education consultants to write the curriculum and join classroom, resource and playground planning alongside us.
